TRUCK REMANUFACTURING PROCESS

These are fully compliant, remanufactured trucks—subjected to lawful recycling, precision dismantling, in-depth diagnostics, meticulous restoration, and rigorous quality control, with full traceability at every stage. Adhering strictly to established standards at every step, their quality rivals that of brand-new machinery.

General Overview

Remanufacturing is a complex process in which trucks are disassembled into individual components, subjected to comprehensive inspection, and ultimately reassembled. Our staff examine the overall condition of the trucks and document any damage, serving as the basis for subsequent operations.

Preliminary Truck Disassembly

The first step in remanufacturing a truck is disassembly. First the interior, exterior, steering wheel, seat, bath floor, etc. of the cab are all removed. The chassis air circuit and electrical circuits are also removed at the same time and marked during the entire disassembly process. The parts are carefully inspected, replace the severely damaged parts in time to ensure the reliable performance of the remanufactured truck.

Steering Wheel & Instrument Panel Disassembly and Interior Replacement

Disassemble the steering wheel and instrument panel which contain many circuits. We will mark them for subsequent installation. The entire interior will be replaced such as the steering wheel, operation panel, seats, floor, etc.

Chassis Disassembly

We use high temperature flame to cut the chassis to disassemble the chassis, cut the water tank, disassemble the battery, sort out and mark the disassembled electrical circuits, gas circuits and other lines.

Engine and Gearbox Disassembly & Lifting

The original engine and gearbox were also replaced and in the future it will be equipped with a carefully crafted remanufactured engine and remanufactured gearbox. First remove the screws that secure the engine and gearbox, then use a crane to lift out the engine and gearbox.

Specialized Remanufacturing of Engine and Gearbox

The engine and gearbox are separated and towed to the engine remanufacturing plant and gearbox remanufacturing plant respectively for inspection and remanufacturing. Through a series of processes including disassembly, inspection, repair, processing, assembly, testing and quality certification, the old engines and gearboxes are restored to a level close to that of new products in terms of various performance indicators, injecting new power into the truck.

High-Pressure Chassis Cleaning

We use a sand blasting machine for rust removal. After sand blasting, the surface roughness of the workpiece is moderate, which is conducive to the adhesion of the paint and is not easy to fall off, thereby improving the quality and durability of the coating.

Inspection of Key Chassis Components

When remanufacturing a truck, chassis inspection is a key step. Rigorous inspection can improve chassis performance and safety and ensure reuse. The fifth wheel connects the tractor and trailer and its normal use is essential. The V type thrust rod stabilizes the axle position to ensure driving stability and controllability. The leaf spring is composed of multiple steel plates stacked together and is a common elastic element of the truck suspension. Together they help the truck to run stably.

Specialized Inspection of Front and Rear Axles

The rear axle is also inspected simultaneously. Check the normal operation of the gears inside the differential, whether the oil seal is leaking. Check the condition of the wheel hub bearings and clean, lubricate or replace the bearings if necessary. Ensure that the rear wheels can rotate flexibly and stably. The front axle checks the condition of the brake pads and wheel hub bearings to ensure that the front wheels can rotate flexibly and stably.

Sheet Metal Repair Work

Repair damaged parts of sheet metal including dents, scratches, deformation, rust, etc. For the parts that need to be repaired, first scrape putty to fill, then polish and smooth, and directly replace the serious ones to improve the appearance quality and structural strength of the truck, ensure the safety performance and service life of the truck.

Painting and Assembly of Core Components

The body is pushed into the paint room to paint the cabin frame, spray the desired color according to customer needs, install remanufactured engines and gearboxes.

Interior & Exterior Decoration and Electrical Wiring Arrangement

The decoration of the interior and exterior of the cab can improve driving comfort, operating convenience and visual experience. Clear and orderly circuit decoration can ensure stable and efficient supply of electricity, so that every electrical component such as lights, instruments and electronic equipment can operate normally.

Air Circuit Arrangement and Optional Upper Body Parts

The recent decoration of the truck air circuit can ensure stable and reliable transmission of air pressure, optimize the working performance of various pneumatic components such as brakes, clutches and air horns, etc. So far we have completed the remanufacturing of the tractor. You can also choose the upper part according to the type of truck, such as installing a compartment on a dump truck, installing a cargo box on a truck, installing a plate compartment, installing a mixing tank on a mixer truck and installing a water tank on a sprinkler truck.

Explanation of Painting Function

Next, paint the cab and truck frame. Painting can effectively protect the body and make the truck look brand new.

Road Test Inspection

After the painting is completed and fully dry, the extremely critical road test begins. The road test will fully test the various performances of the truck in actual driving to ensure that it can adapt to various road conditions and operate safely and efficiently. Every truck that passes our quality inspection has been through multiple processes of inspection and restoration to ensure its performance and quality are at their best. Buying a remanufactured truck can save you a lot of money and own a truck in great condition.
