Truck Remanufacturing Process
- Every REMAN ROAD Reman truck delivered strictly executes our formulated closed-loop industrial remanufacturing workflow.
- The whole vehicle is firstly completely disassembled into scattered spare parts; frame, axle, cargo box and other load-bearing metal components are scanned via ultrasonic equipment to detect internal cracks, deformation and metal fatigue, defective parts will be repaired or eliminated directly.
- Engine, gearbox, hydraulic and braking core assemblies are fully stripped down, all failed and aging consumables are swapped for original Sinotruk genuine accessories, internal mechanical gaps are precisely adjusted to restore original power performance.
- Vehicle wiring, cab interiors and sealing systems are comprehensively renovated to eliminate all aging hidden troubles.
- After assembly completion, the remanufactured truck will undergo bench power test, full-load climbing test, repeated unloading test and long-distance road simulation inspection in sequence.
