Step 1: Gearbox Receiving & Pre-Disassembly Inspection
Drain residual gear oil, inspect shell cracks, oil leakage, shift mechanism damage and abnormal noise records, mark model numbers to make overhaul plans.
Step 2: Full Internal Disassembly & Component Classification
Completely split clutch housing, gear housing, all shafts, gears, synchronizers and shift forks; sort all bearings, gaskets and sealing parts separately.
Step 3: Multi-Stage Deep Degreasing & Impurity Cleaning
All metal gear parts pass chemical oil removal, high-pressure flushing and ultrasonic cleaning to clear metal powder, gear oil sludge and rust.
Step 4: Crack Detection & Gear Wear Measurement
Detect gearbox housing cracks via magnetic flaw detection; measure gear tooth surface wear, shaft bending and synchronizer clearance. Replace severely worn gears and deformed shafts with new parts.
Step 5: Precision Correction & Surface Repair
Straighten bent transmission shafts, grind gearbox mating surfaces, repair minor housing deformation to restore assembly flatness.
Step 6: Full Renewal of Worn & Sealing Parts
Replace all bearings, synchronizer assemblies, oil seals, gaskets, shift fork bushings and clutch friction plates with brand-new matching spare parts.
Step 7: Layer-by-Layer Standard Assembly & Gap Calibration
Assemble shafts, gears and synchronizers step by step with OEM standard torque; calibrate shift clearance and gear meshing clearance repeatedly.

Install gearbox on dedicated transmission bench to simulate long-distance heavy-load shifting cycles; test shifting stability and load-bearing capacity under high temperature, record all test data.
Step 10: Anti-Rust Coating & Final Quality Archiving
Clean exterior residual oil, spray anti-corrosion protective paint; complete final overall inspection, sort all overhaul records into English test files before delivery.
